    I was extremely disappointed by the service that I received at H&R Block today. I was recently informed of the Maine opportunity tax credit that is offered. I arrive at H&R Block and explained to the gentleman that I would like to apply for this credit. This was the main reason for going to H&R Block, I needed help filling the lengthy paperwork out since this was my first time ever filing anything like this. The gentleman gave me a blank stair and told me that he had never heard of this. He then went and asked another employee what this was, the lady came over and was able to explain things better and seemed to actually know what she was talking about, she however had another client and left shortly after, I felt as if though the gentleman had very little experience and was not helpful what so ever. I was very frustrated at his point and asked for them to cancel everything, I will not be using or recommending H&R Block to others.
